I was a bit disappointed with their organisation. I made an appointment a month in advance, a day before my appointment they asked if I could move it back 30 mins which was fine. Then on the day of my appointment 1 hour before it was to begin they called and asked if I could move it forward an hour as another customer had turned up? When I said no and turned up on time, I had to wait for an hour as their other customer was obviously receiving their treatment.
It wasn't terrible, but is annoying, if I make a booking it is not ok to just reschedule me an hour before I get there.
