What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The past few years I have trained in parkour, martial arts, gymnastics strength training, natural movement, dance improvisation, and bouldering. I have taken a generalist approach to training. This allows to me to use whatever works, to create movement freedom, and reach people's goals effectively.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I design the sessions to fit there goals, and draw on methods from a wide variety of disciplines to add variety, and make it engaging. I can adapt to their needs, and have a variety of tools to make sure they not only succeed, but are thrilled doing it. Reward is a much better motivator than pain.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am highly passionate about movement, training, and learning. I love the quote, "There is more wisdom in your body, than in your deepest philosophy." Movement is a great way to know yourself, improve, and upgrade your quality of life. I feel drawn to sharing what I know with others who resonate!

What do you love most about your job?
I love learning constantly, and being able to teach others what can be beneficial to there quality of life, while guiding them and supporting on there quest for self transformation. It is awesome to see people upgrade themselves to new levels of health, mobility, strength, and self confidence.
