A seer and empath with nearly 15 years of experience reading the Tarot, as well as certification and experience teaching Breath & Meditation at the college level, my readings and meditation sessions include visualization and meditation to empower you to confidently create a life of happiness and abundance in accordance with your life’s purpose. For personal readings over the phone or via Zoom or FaceTime, we begin with a short conversation as to what has drawn you to your Tarot reading or meditation, and whether there is anything special you would like to learn from the cards or specifically gain from our time together. It is also always possible to simply ask the cards to reveal what they feel it would be most helpful for you to know without a specific focus, or to be guided through a general Mindfulness experience crafted after the sessions I have taught for employees of the City of New York, as well as to students of Syracuse University in a course called Breath & Meditation. __________ For Tarot, once we know where we are heading, I then tailor a specific spread (number and manner in which I pull the cards) for your question. Once you are clear on what you would like to know from the cards, I lead you through a short guided breathing exercise and meditation to settle the mind and focus our intention upon the reading ahead. By creating an intention for clarity before the reading, we achieve a great deal before I even pull a card! Next, as you continue to breathe peacefully, I will tap into your energy and ask you to trust your gut in letting me know when you would like me to start shuffling the cards. I will start shuffling as you continue to focus on clarity and intention. Whenever you feel it is time for me to stop shuffling, you will simply say, "Stop." I will then guide you through the cards' messages. Following our reading, I send you photographs of your cards and an explanation of their positions in the spread I have tailored for you. I am always available to answer questions and anything that may pop up in the days following your reading!
