They were very helpful when it came to getting the design the way I wanted but when I finally received it, they sent me the wrong one. They didn't hesitate to send me the correct one, which arrived a few days before my graduation. Thankfully that was the correct one but there was a misprint on it. By that point it was too late to ask for it to be reprinted because I was only a few days from graduating, so I had to use it as is. Their customer service for the most part is great but I think they really need to work on their quality control, so customers receive the best product they can.
