Taylor cut my 11-year-old daughters hair. She explained what she was doing and asked if my daughter (and I) was ok with it before cutting any hair. She knows hair and was able to explain how the style my daughter wanted was not going to look the same because of the differences in hair texture. I appreciated that she was able to inform her before cutting her hair. This tells me Taylor knows hair. She was gentle and very patient. I think highly of her professionalism and her ability to cut and style hair!
