What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our owner, Mike, started this business as a way to incorporate his career and his true passion: computers, technology, and his family. At Technology Explained, we are family owned and operated, making us a true team dedicated to servicing your technology needs.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to see people’s reactions to our knowledge is the best feeling that we get. When we walk out of a job and the customer is not left wondering how we just doubled the speed of his or her computer, we are happy!
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Our customers are always telling us that they appreciate the extra time we take to explain to them why something can happen, or why one decision may be better than the other. In addition to that our customers appreciate the fact that we do not give them three-hour windows for services.
