RECEIVED THE ROAST IN A TIMELY MANNER BUT IT ARRIVED DEFORESTED THEY NEED TO FIND A BETTER SHIPPING METHOD CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND WHERE GREAT THEY SENT ME ONE MORE THIS ONE ARRIVED STILL FROZEN BUT BOX THAT IT CAME IN THE ICE HAD JUST BUT MEITED AGAIN AND THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX WAS FALLING APART AS THE LAST TIME ALSO SUGGEST THEY LINE THE INSIDE OF THE BOX WITH PLASTIC AS WELL AS THE BOX THE ROAST IS IN BECAUSE THE ROAST BOX WAS ALSO SOAKED

Great communication Keep in mind this product ships frozen & takes 4-5 days to defrost just like a frozen turkey. Also could take up to a week to ship after ordering so Plan ahead... keeps frozen for up to a year!
