Located within The Back Care Center and led by Doctor of Chiropractic David Schwartz, Back at Ease's knowledgeable staff has been soothing weary spines and their surrounding muscles for two decades. Dr. Schwartz’s strengthening and healing services—which include vertebral adjustments and spinal decompression—make way for the relaxing strokes of two massage therapists, who mollify tense muscles in private, candlelit rooms.

The center pays special attention to athletes and their injuries; three professional staff members have backgrounds in the sporting world and draw on their experience to bolster their clients’ health and skill sets. Titleist-certified golf fitness instructor and biomechanic Nick Manoy sets swings straight and repairs painful divots in muscles with corrective exercise programs. Similarly, Jon Manos calls upon 25 years of experience as a PGA teaching professional to customize lessons that stress the importance of muscle memory and build strength by replacing traditional clubs with sledgehammers. Certified personal trainer Terence W. Kerrigan, a triathlete and a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, takes on athletes in other sports, sharing the lessons he has picked up from training with professional boxers and Ironmen.
