Craft brews meet hand-crafted foods at The Brewmaster's Bakery. Here, owner Marley began his small-batch bakery after a hard look at the spent grain left over from the family's homebrewing process. In a stroke of genius, Marley began creating crunchy pet treats for their dog with the leftover grain. Though they still make puppy treats, they now whip up baked sweets like cookies, breads, and their signature spent-grain granola. For this chunky granola, Marley gather spent grain from breweries all across the state, combining it with Washington honey, brown sugar, butter and other sweet ingredients. And the bakery's eco-friendly approach to ingredients doesn't stop at using spent grain, either; The Brewmaster's Bakery has their own chickens, and uses their farm fresh eggs in many of their recipes.
