The butcher shop is brought to you by father and son duo Igor and Fred Niznik. All of their products have no hormone’s or antibiotics and are all natural. Igor, of East European descent, quickly learned the ins and outs of the butcher shop and added his own flavor to the gourmet market. Meanwhile, in New York, Fred was pursuing music, working in the restaurant industry, and frequenting beer gardens.Fred soon discovered Wynwood and fell in love. It reminded him of New York, full of art, culture, and beauty in the midst of an urban playground. After approaching his father with the idea of opening a beer garden, Igor had mentioned, “why not marry a beer garden and butcher shop?” The rest is history. The Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill is a unique place where you can get prime meats, great quality sausages, and burgers at a great value to dining in.
