Choose from 3 or 5 Private Pilates Sessions (one on one) with a Classically Trained Pilates Instructor with over 20 years experience. The studio is a new boutique studio located in the design district of Dallas, TX. We use Gratz Equipment only. 

The Instructor ; Christian Cox is a long time Pilates professional, starting her practice over 20 years ago with Romana Kryzanowska (the star pupil of Joseph Pilates, the and woman he left his studio to upon his passing) in NYC. Having learned originally from Romana is extremely rare these days, and gives Christian a very purist style to her practice. She has also gone through the STOTT training and continuing education with The Boulder Center (considered the Harvard of Pilates).

Christian has taught professional athletes ranging from The Rugby Team players in England, to Olympic Silver Medalist Caroline Blackburn, Kurt Suzuki of the Oakland A’s, several professional soccer players from the LA Galaxy and Colorado Rapids, as well as several Hollywood actresses. She has also helped many women through pre and post pregnancy with special Pilates practices, as well as rehab patients from sports injuries, operations, car accidents and stroke.
