What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Since the lesson teaches you how to create a healthy, protein rich pasta from scratch paired with a red or white sauce (also created fully from scratch), my favorite reactions have been expressed by one sounds alone, "MMMMmmmmMMmmm"!
