At The Edge we combine excellent martial arts instruction and mindset training, renewing and enhancing the traditional martial arts experience. With limited enrollment and smaller class sizes, you will experience a personalized training environment where you can grow your skills.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
Just come in normal work out clothes as we provide loaner Gis. We also have Gis ready to purchase if interested.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A dream to be able to combine a love of martial arts and fitness, and a passion to pass it on to others.

What do you love most about your job?
Each day I get to see my students learn and progress as they are able to see their hard work become tangible growth as a martial artist.
