Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated? Each session is 20 minutes long. We look at everyone individually, thereby generating a smart, clear and motivating exercise prescriptions designed to accelerate and optimize the results clients ask for. Our coaching technologies power workouts that are smart enough for any fitness level.We enjoy being able to “dial in” a Client workout so that it’s just challenging enough to spark great results and sustained motivation.
What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own? The vast majority of people are much more committed to disciplined exercise when someone is waiting for them to show up. And, our Coaches give just the nudge our Clients need when they could push a little harder or eat a little smarter.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy? We know at the end of the day our Clients want one thing - results. Our Coaches receive extensive training in our proven, data-driven protocols. There is a method to all of our madness, from exercise order, to rep speed, to how little we let you rest in between sets. It’s all based on science and our Coaches are committed to faithfully applying what they have learned.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn’t cover? We recognize that the intentional application of exertional discomfort (i.e. productive exercise) isn’t exactly everybody’s cup of tea. That’s why our friendly information-enabled Coaches are trained in the “Art of Inspiration”. You show up. We supply the energy. OK, you feel the burn, but our Team takes the edge off with encouragement and affirmation. Our studios are semi-private, never more than 4 Clients working out at the same time. We don’t play music, don’t have mirrors. The focus is on getting our Clients 20 minutes of very focused exercise twice a week (scientifically proven to be all they need) and saving them from wasting hours of valuable time,
