During Personal Co-Training appointments, trainers draw up tailored fitness plans and supervise small groups of clients, giving each one individual attention. Personal Co-Training is complemented by Re-Energizer boot-camp 4 Series sessions that help decrease body fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, and increase strength and coordination through challenging one-hour workouts that focus on full body, core, movement, and recovery exercises. Workout routines change every two weeks to account for students’ progress. Classes are scheduled seven days a week. The 30 and 60 day deals are consecutive days.
