The Noodle House
Like its name suggests, the star of The Noodle House’s menu is its noodle dishes. Its kitchen produces Thai noodle dishes cooked in all manners: dipped in soups, stir-fried with curry sauces, or sautéed with a little bit of fish oil and soy sauce. In one dish, fresh bean sprouts accompany fish cakes and ground pork in a noodle-soup rendition of the classic spicy and sour Tom Yum soup. Another dish is the pad khee mao, which infuses delightfully chewy flat rice noodles with the flavors of Thai chili and basil. Plenty of non-noodle dishes also populate the menu, though, like pineapple fried rice or the veggie-heavy Thai-style duck curry.
