Workshops are for ages 8 and up. Workshops are one on one with an instructor. If there are two or more in your party you will all get a brief together class but then work with an instructor one on one. You are required to wear shoes that cover your entire top of foot. Cotton clothing is recommended for safety and comfort. It's hot, we have water but not always cold water so bring cold beverages, you will thank yourself. Arrive 5 minutes early for workshop, If the instructor is running behind. Must repost a picture of an advertisements or picture form the workshop.

WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR
