About The Pilates Studio
Owner Dawn Byers channels 15 years of experience and training into Pilates workouts for students of all ages and skill levels at The Pilates Studio. Dawn holds certifications in all levels of mat, reformer, wunda chair, and cadillac instruction, which she uses to integrate body movement therapy into her workouts and private training sessions. Her studio hosts classes six days a week that may incorporate a variety or other equipment, including rings, foam rollers, and stability balls.
