- During personal training sessions, a set of particularly selected exercises and methods suited to individual needs, limitations, and goals is performed.
- Open gym members are available for individuals looking to work out in a more private setting and/or have monthly check-ins with a trainer, they may benefit from a 3,800-sq. ft. facility with various training amenities, as well as weekly group-training classes including easy access to the Prairie Path. This also includes weekly complimentary group training class.
