The Union's instructors like to remind their students that there was a first class for everyone. They hold on to this humble philosophy at three locations, where you can practice Bikram Yoga, CrossFit, and everything in between. The staff guides their students to do their best, rather than aiming for perfection. To highlight the value of consistent practice, they encourage everyone to take the 60-day challenge, which is one class a day for 60 days. Those who accomplish this task are immortalized by writing their name on the Challenge Wall. The studios also honor individuals in their community with the student of the month feature, which includes series of interviews with students. Beginners are welcome.
