I wanted a quality massage. The name almost made me write this off. Don’t make that mistake! Highly recommend massages here from Yao and Adrianna! Truly incredible. I’ll be back!

The entire staff was amazing! Very professional relaxing environment. Jasmine greeted us and made us feel like VIP’s I recommend The Wax House to both women and men. Will definitely be back!

I would’ve loved to have given my experience 5 stars bc both massage therapists were amazing, however I booked for a V-Day couples massage (as advertised) & the location does not offer couples massages. We were in separate rooms & received 2 different massages when the request was for 2 hot stone massages. The bldg & rooms are lovely but it’s a bummer when you don’t receive what’s expected.

Waited in their lobby for 50 minutes (40 minutes past appointment time) as they tried to work out their system for us to complete an information form that was never sent. They couldn’t locate the form online and didn't have any hard copies. We ended up leaving and never got the massages. It was a complete let down and the staff didn’t act like it was a big deal in anyway. Extremely disappointing.

Purchased groupon which explicitly states it is for a 1 hour couples massage. Booking was a difficult process in itself, constant call backs for us to reschedule for different days and different times, then multiple calls from the business from different people who didn't know I had already spoke with someone. Then the day of service, tried to use Groupon, and the staff had no idea how to use it. Then they go to redeem it and tell me I still owe money... they asked me how much I paid for the groupon and basically were going to charge me the difference. That's not how groupon works. I tell her it should be covered with the groupon and that I should only owe tips - she calls the manager, and they say that my groupon did not go through or wasn't working with their system for some reason so I owed the full price for the massages and that I would have to call Groupon. Also it is a good thing I asked about tip, because they included a 15% gratuity already added and didn't say anything about that until I asked. Overall, it left a sour taste in my mouth. While we did enjoy our massages very much, I feel that we were jipped and can't but wonder if the manager/owner is trying to double dip with Groupon. The girl at the desk said they had this same issue with groupon last week... I recommend NOT purchasing the groupon, just go yourself if you want to try it out.
