Awkward walking in and seeing no front desk; a little vague and made me feel unwelcome. Walked all around and then saw someone sitting behind the desk in the cafe area. Could not see her even as I walked by. Class very informal and relaxed; instructor very friendly towards the regulars to the point of encouraging disruption to what should have been more of a flow.

Difficult to contact by phone, website, or in person. The yoga studios themselves are nice and classes I have been in were attended by 3-5 students. The instructor LEOs a good pace, gives generally good direction, but does not walk the room to make corrections so students must know if their form is right or not and ask if they need help. If someone doesn't know the form is wrong, they probably won't. Some days the birds are subtle and add to the experience, some days the birds are ear piercing loud and detract from the practice.
