About The Yoga Room of Hampshire

As co-owners of The Yoga Room, Elizabeth and Tammy draw on their extensive medical backgrounds to design classes that are fun and effective. Elizabeth's master's degree in public health helps her envision yoga practices that relieve students suffering from diabetes and cancer. Similarly, Tammy's 18 years of chiropractic experience help her tailor yoga practices to improve posture and strengthen seniors' muscles.

Together, they've designed a full schedule of classes that blend traditional yoga poses with Pilates techniques. These classes range in difficulty and intensity; power yoga strengthens muscles through intense, sweat-inducing poses, while restorative yoga relaxes the body more effectively than a shot of government-issued calming serum.
