What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a smaller school, and we get to know our students and families very well. We offer a very personal experience, from individual attention to acknowledging each student's birthday and writing recommendation letters for our college-bound members.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Whenever you hear the bell ring, line up immediately, and stand at attention until you are further instructed. White belts line up at the back, so you can observe the higher ranking students and follow along more easily.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our founder opened the Tiger Institute 30 years ago, and I began training here as a young child. It was my sanctuary as a teenager and a place where I could excel. TKD has become a way of life for me, so I was honored to accept ownership of the studio.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people discover a stronger and more confident self and seeing them light up each time they accomplish a challenging task.
