I believe that both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation are extremely important. I provide extrinsic motivation through positive reinforcement while coaching and correcting technique to ensure a safe and efficient workout. The results help my clients stay intrinsically motivated and strive further.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always enjoyed helping others create a better lifestyle. I have had many injuries and have developed a passion for helping others alleviate their pain. I purposefully added body fat to learn how it felt to lose weight. All in all, I believe in experience, which, in turn, helps me [relate to clients].
What do you love most about your job?
I love the people. Seeing my clients transform is one of the most rewarding feelings I have experienced! Keeping in constant connection with my clients is important to me and I have developed many outstanding relationships with my clients. This only helps to drive results.
