Choose Between Two Options

  • $149 for a 2-hour grilling lesson for up to five people (a $300 value)
  • $199 for a 2-hour grilling lesson for up to 10 people (a $400 value)

    Armed with rubs, marinades, spices, sauces, and grill tools, Chef Craiger helps students to master grilling techniques and maximize their specific make and model of grill. Students conduct a phone consultation with the chef in advance to inform him of their specific grill and to decide what they'd like to prepare. Students are responsible for providing their own food, drinks, tableware, and paper products. Recipes allow participants to practice their new techniques after the chef has departed. Classes can be conducted in Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village; an additional fee applies for other locations.
