We offer face-to-face, private tutoring sessions in-home or in a public location of your choice. Packages available for purchase at a discounted rate. Hours never expire and are transferrable. All of our tutors have higher education and experience. We strive to pair students with the right tutor.
Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
Students can bring homework, study guides, text book work, etc. Also, tutors can give additional lessons. Students and tutors will work as a team to accomplish educational goals. Sometimes, teachers provide input to assure the student is working on exactly what is needed to be successful in class.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The founder of Top Notch Tutors has a passion for education and believes it is the key to a successful future. After 9 years of working in the education sector, helping adults change their lives through higher education, she felt the need to expand her passion to all aspects of the community.
What do you love most about your job?
Private tutoring provides every student the opportunity to connect with a personal educator and experience success. Understanding the materials being taught in class builds confidence. To be a part of this achievement is priceless. TNT has dedicated tutors who share this passion and beliefs.
