Excellent instructors & clean facility w/ shower & locker. Jujitsu professor Juliano motivates student to learn and try harder, professor Junior is funny and easy going but I can tell he is on top of his game when he did that Tomoe Nage throw. Coach Marcello has a unique way of teaching the fitness class that combines roller massage, interval training and weight. Coach Michael great w/kickboxing
