Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every class is heated, comprised of a series of postures that simultaneously invigorate the entire body. Each Certified instructor personalizes the sequences of movements and postures. Every Certified instructor encourages their students to achieve their personal goals. With out a competitive vibe.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As i look back to what brought myself to the mat was I took to yoga to release from the daily hustle and bustle. It has brought so much inner peace into my life. Then along the way i was seeing my new found strength, flexibility and overall well being. My belief is Empower Yourself & Empower Others

What do you love most about your job?
I feel that I have created a encouraging Studio where everyone who enters the door feels right at home with instructors that are highly educated as well as dedicated. Simply seeing fellow yogis on a daily basis is so rewarding in it self. We are a extended family to each other. A dream came true!
