They double booked with zero accountability nor apology.... I was there half an hour before my appointment. I waited patiently when they were ready. A lady shows up at the exact time as my appointment was... and they took her right in! They said they must've double booked, then asked me to wait or reschedule. Very unprofessional. I wanted my hair done so I waited... she only did my hair when she had time between the other lady getting hers done. No discount, no apology, no accountability and my hair looked like nothing was done, the color was off. I definitely do not recommend this place. Just being honest.
