Kristen has been a personal trainer for over 20 years and certified in yoga and Pilates for 5+ years along with her undergraduate and graduate work being in the Exercise and Health Science field. Her knowledge runs deep, and her goal is client safety while providing fun and efficient workouts. She is passionate about getting her clients moving and keeping them moving - to achieve the end result of being healthy, feeling amazing and having more confidence than clients have ever had.
