  • $29 for 30 days of unlimited boot-camp classes (a $69 value)
  • $55 for 60 days of unlimited boot-camp classes (a $138 value)

    Instructors teach evening boot-camp sessions from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday. They hold their camps outdoors at Bonnabel Boat Launch and Park, a good place for kids to frolic while parents work out. Students should bring their own 3- to 8-pound dumbbells, a mat, a towel, and plenty of water.
