The atmosphere surrounding trainer Das will motivate you to push your mind and body beyond it's limits. Learn what it really takes to transform your body and mindset about health and nutrition. Not a single workout is the same and the dynamics of it are amazing. All sorts of training styles are used by Das, not your typical weight training gym or boring cardio.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I simply don't allow them to quit. The goal is to shift the client's mindset into a positive and self-motivated focus that will allow them to really achieve their goals. A good trainer pushes hard, TOP trainers break through.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? As a child, a burning passion for fitness got me through the rough teenage years , inspired me and changed my life, I want to do the same for others. I strive for a better, healthier America.
What do you love most about your job? The impact I have on people's lives. My goal is to change the world through my passion for fitness and health.
