Absolutely great trainers who are motivating and encouraging throughout each workout! They also accommodate well for individual’s levels such as beginners at working out. The actual workouts are intense and always different each day; and they will get you to your health goals as long as you give it your all! 100% recommend for anyone!

The gym is very well equipped,clean and conveniently located. Nelly is an amazing trainer!!! She is knowledgeable, caring and personable. I came to the gym as a Senior overnight and with no energy to workout. Nelly has given me the strength and incentive I Needed to take control of my body in a safe and enjoyable manner. I am 10 pounds down in my 5 weeks of training with Nelly!! Blessed

Thanks to Das and Nelly at Area 51, I am the happiest I have been with my body! I went to them with little experience of how to workout/what kind of foods were necessary to build muscle and their expertise has completely changed my lifestyle. They are very focused on pushing you further and further to meet your goals, but all while making you feel very comfortable and at ease, no matter how much prior experience you have. After just a month, I have already seen amazing results, I’m so excited to keep training with them.

The atmosphere surrounding trainer Das will motivate you to push your mind and body beyond it's limits. Learn what it really takes to transform your body and mindset about health and nutrition. Not a single workout is the same and the dynamics of it are amazing. All sorts of training styles are used by Das, not your typical weight training gym or boring cardio.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I simply don't allow them to quit. The goal is to shift the client's mindset into a positive and self-motivated focus that will allow them to really achieve their goals. A good trainer pushes hard, TOP trainers break through.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? As a child, a burning passion for fitness got me through the rough teenage years , inspired me and changed my life, I want to do the same for others. I strive for a better, healthier America.

What do you love most about your job? The impact I have on people's lives. My goal is to change the world through my passion for fitness and health.
