What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our approach to training is to expand a client's awareness how to look a problems in a different way and changing the models of how they look for solutions to overcome obstacles. We use research from the field of human potential to show clients concrete ways to achieve instead of blind faith.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
We will provide a web portal for every registrant that will provide access to the course outline, and workbook. As we proceed, recordings and support materials will be made available through the portal. Students should be prepared to call or video conference and take notes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I went to the country of Paraguay with a delegation of leaders with the John Maxwell Team and trained hundreds of leaders from the Congress in Asuncion all the way down to local family entrepreneurs. I realized the transformation I could make in the world and started my company 2 months later.

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching the aha moments of my clients when they grasp a concept we've been working on and put it to work. Seeing the results and joy of people who can breathe easier and take care of their teams better makes me feel amazing. I love helping people who are hungry to be better.
