I never got to use my Trendimi soap making class and somehow it is marked as redeemed. Please re-instate access so that I can take this class. I am still within the 180 days of purchase. Thank you kindly, Irene Wickstrom

Unfortunately I did not redeem the offer as completed it was in error because I was unable to open the course information. Please restore my courses that don’t expire until 10/3/24 so that I can learn about event planning.
