What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We offer dog and cat training in group and private classes led by certified instructors. Other services include canine fitness and conditioning, pet photography, and trick dog entertainment services for kids' parties and special events.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Our business was inspired by a reactive rescue border collie and a lack of educated and certified professional dog trainers in our location.
What do you love most about your job? When I can correct a dog or cat's problem behavior and keep them out of the shelter and in their forever home!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Had a lot of great reactions through the years, but a recent heartfelt thank you email I received from a client whose dog had a severe case of separation anxiety and was damaging the home sticks out the most. The pitbull was about to be surrendered, but I put together a treatment plan that kept him home!
