Our boxing classes are designed for all levels!
Note: We do not offer kickboxing in our classes. Only boxing and fitness. If you'd like to learn kickboxing, our coaches are available for one-on-one private training. Email us if you have any questions!
Wraps and Gloves are required for our classes. We sell hand wraps ($20), quick wraps ($20), and we have gloves to rent ($5).
Feel free to bring a water and a towel. Street/metered parking available, along with neighborhood parking (please read restrictions).

In our group boxing classes, we integrate a variety of heavy bags drills, strength training, mitt work and footwork drills into a circuit training format.
