What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring? Fitness Cardio Kickboxing: Wear something comfortable. You will need hand wraps and gloves. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: You will need a gi. Taekwondo: You will need a Taekwondo uniform. Muay Thai: You will need hand wraps, 16 oz gloves, and Muay Thai shorts. Please bring your own or you can purchase or rent them in-house.
