What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Twisted Lotus is a unique yoga studio located in the heart of Amityville. We are a registered yoga school and offer both the 200-hour and 300-hour Always at Aum yoga teacher trainings.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer multiple types of yoga classes and try and spice it up with different sequences and a passion for yoga.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration for starting this business was the love of teaching and practicing yoga and building a community in this niche.

What do you love most about your job?
Bringing people to a enlightened place that they may not have been able to get to on their own, and bringing joy and happiness into peoples lives and teaching them to take that peace.
