U.S. MicroStorage is a full service storage company that specializes in storing small quantities of personal and business items. We offer concierge level pick up and drop off service, climate controlled facilities and the highest level of security available. Pay only for what you store.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I needed to store a few important business files and four hard drives while we were moving locations and the smallest storage I could find was a 5x5 unit for $85 a month after all the tent, fees and insurance where added on.

What do you love most about your job?
I love saying yes to clients. Our staff has the autonomy to solve problems on the spot, they don't need "supervisor approval".

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A received a warm, heartfelt hug from an elderly woman who was overjoyed that I came out and picked up her boxes personally and loaded them from her kitchen into my truck.
