Brampton Location was small and instructor seemed inexperienced - seemed like they would make up routines on the fly without much technique. Good for working out but I wouldn't recommend for kickboxing.

The place is very small, no boxing equipment and unless you have a partner to work out with you can't attend this class. I DO NOT recommend this at all, it's misleading.
