- 1. A Ghostly Encounter tours operate rain or shine. Florida weather changes rapidly and is unpredictable, and we monitor our weather prior to all tours.
- 2. If lighting is present in the area: we will delay the start of the tour for 20 minutes to give the storm time to pass, then proceed as normal.
- 3. If lightening remains present in the area, management may decide to reschedule the tour. Guests will be moved to the following evening’s tours or to the nearest date convenient with the group.
- 4. If rescheduling is not convenient, each guest will be provided a voucher for a future A Ghostly Encounter tour, subject to availability. For offer to be valid, guest must present the voucher directly to our office staff upon returning to St. Augustine or speak directly with the office staff to reschedule (not through a third-party booking site). Please remember to bring your voucher with you. Lost or forgotten vouchers will not be honored; however, vouchers do not expire.

We originally did this tour about 5 years ago and it was so awesome that we planned another trip to St. Augustine just to take this ghost tour, again. What a disappointment this time was though. Our guide Gracie, did not know the history like our guide did 5 years ago and her story telling abilities leave much to be desired. 5 years ago we got to use paranormal devices and started at the fort. This time, no devices and we didnt even go by the fort. Gracie spent a lot of time repeating silly details and there was really nothing spooky or thrilling about the way she conducted the tour. From having taken the tour before, she left out a lot of the scary and spooking paranormal details that were shared with us on our previous tour. Prehaps she is new and still learning. Either way, she needs more training, both on the details and her story telling.

Overall I’d say it was worth it but we were expecting more. The employees were next level. My teens loved it. Wasn’t at all what we expected but still just awesome. I’d do it again.

Our ghost tour was with our guide Jennifer we had a great time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something to do in Saint Augustine.
