Charleston is a beautiful historical town. I suggest doing a bus tour to see the local sights and part of town you wouldn’t normally walk too. The other advantage of doing a bus tour is to hear the stories and history of the area. It was great seeing the outer edges of Charleston. As for the town itself, it is easy to navigate and flat which has an advantage for someone with walking difficulties. The restaurants and food in the centre are fantastic. Loved my time there.
This is a tour of Charleston where you don’t get up from your seat. This activity is unique to the industry, in that the dishes are all authentic to the time period and the courses are done chronologically beginning in the 18th century, and it’s all narrated by Culinary Historian Mike Hebb.
