We had a wonderful experience! The view was breath taking and our Pilot was the best! We did the 3/14/26 6am slot. The flight up and down, including landing was flawless. I would highly recommend!!

I didn’t actually get to experience the hot air balloon excursion due to heavy winds, but the customer service around being updated about the conditions, possible cancellations, as well as rescheduling was top-tier. I look forward to trying to reschedule with this company in the future.

Joe and his team were outstanding. Joe did great job of piloting and sharing insights into hot air ballooning. He also pointed out landmarks that we could see. He also had cupcakes and Champagne or Mimosas for us after we landed. It was one of the best things I have ever done and highly recommend Cielo Balloons in Temecula Valley.

We had such an amazing experience! Everyone on the crew was so nice! Such a surreal adventure. Our pilot was great he told us the names of the wineries we flew over!
