Had the tour 12/27 at 8pm. I never complain or leave bad reviews but this tour guide (forgot her name) was so bad it was impossible not to leave a review, she blanked on multiple things throughout the tour. Her not knowing/remembering exact dates or names was really frustrating after paying for a tour. She complained about the cold the entire time and was only wearing a hoodie, didn’t seem as if she was prepared to take a group on a ghost tour throughout Cleveland. I’m sure the experience is normally wonderful but maybe it was just an off night. Would do it again with a more informative guide.

When ever we visit a new city we always love to do ghost tours..it tells you another part of the cities history… Michelle are guide was very knowledgeable, personable, and caring! We had to hang back because I had a carriage with my dog, and she always made sure that we were able to hear her as well as still with the group. She sends you a text message to confirm her location and what she’s wearing to make it easy to find her. I had some pictures. I wanted her to see when we were in the cemetery and she took the time to reply to me after the tour was done! There’s a lot of history in Cleveland and if you choose to do a ghost tour, please request Michelle.
