Samples of traditional New Orleans cuisine are defined and provided. Our guide Milton was entertaining and extremely informative about many aspects of the city's history and about the people who live here. Make sure you come hungry!

I wish I had done this the first day that I arrived because it gave me many good ideas of what I would like to do with my time in Nola. We had a wonderful tour. The cooking class was also excellent. I would recommend doing the two on two separate days rather than together as the tour fills you up too much for lunch at the cooking class.

Definitely well worth the experience and a great sampling of New Orleans: the variety of food, the history, and the culture. Jack was our tour guide and kept us on schedule and laughing throughout our day. He's wonderful! The cooking lesson was not hands on but Vivian, our chef, was entertaining and informative at the same time. And, of course, the food she created was delicious. I'm looking forward to trying the recipes myself when I get home. These folks really put a lot of time in organizing and prepared our tour with love. Oh, and wear comfortable shoes!

Susan was a wonderful tour guide. We learned some history of NOLA, a lot about food history, and great info on where to eat.
