Milton was a wonderful guide laying out backstory if NEw Orleans and it's food. Wide group of NO specialties. Cooking class with Michael was excellent. Learned how to make Gumbo, Jambalya and Pralines but Michael's storytelling of Louisiana history and culture and food was amazing. So glad we did it all.

This was a great tour, Nate was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. Not only was it about food but some history and top tips thrown in too. I was certainly full by the end of the day after 8 tasting on the tour and then another 3 during the cooking class which was very interesting and you get to take away the recipes for everything that was made.
