We went on this tour tonight and it was absolutely horrible; 1. Operator was late, we were told to arrive @7:45 for a start of 8pm. He arrived at 8pm. 2. No one in the group could hear him talking. He faced away from the group to where we had to rotate around him continuously to hear anything. 3. It was only 35 min long! 4. We didn’t attend any locations we were supposed to 5. The parts of the stories we could hear were nothing notable. 6. When requested a refund for this crappy experience I was told “No refunds given”

I was very unsure about where to meet, as i am from out of town. There was no sign, no people to let me know , just an old abandoned hotel front. I missed out in this last year due to no signs to let me know i was in the right place so i gave up. I suggest some sign to help people. This year I attempted again due to the fact i was back in town . My family and i left our hotel a whole hour ahead just to find parking which was surprisingly easier to get than where our tour was to begin. You need signs!!

Guide was hard to hear and seemed to just be some script. Had a lady hand us her card saying this tour was trespassing by the mansion.?!

We had a wonderful time with Liz! We learned some unique history about Knoxville and got to use the ghost trackers that detect energy of the spirits! That was a first for me and it was fascinating! 😊
