There was a lot of history learned on this tour. It takes place in a busy part of south Miami area. Great for people watching. Our tour guide gave an excellent overview of the ghost history. Only disappointment was we did not have any access to the homes or buildings.

My wife and I recently took part in the Menace, Murder & Malice: Miami Ghost Tours by Miami Haunts. While our particular tour experience didn’t meet expectations, I want to highlight how professional and responsive the company was in addressing our concerns. Miami Haunts demonstrated integrity and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, offering clear communication. Despite the issues we encountered with our guide, the overall ambiance of the tour was captivating. The walk through the heart of South Beach at night offered a unique perspective of the city’s art deco architecture, glowing lights, and historic charm. The route itself was enjoyable, taking us past iconic landmarks like the Versace Mansion and The Betsy Hotel, and giving us the chance to explore parts of the neighborhood we might have otherwise missed.
The concept behind the tour is outstanding, blending Miami’s rich history with its mysterious legends and local folklore. Even with the setbacks during our evening, the potential of this experience is evident, and I believe most guests will find it both entertaining and informative when led by the right guide.
