Redemption InstructionsThe tour departs from Freebird at 150 2nd Ave N, Nashville, TN 37201. It is important to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation time in order to allow time for check-in. We will see you there!Your guide will be dressed as an Old West Sheriff or Saloon Madam and will meet you at the front entrance. You will be issued a sanitized receiver with brand new earbuds upon arrival. All receivers must be returned when you leave or you will be subject to a charge. The earbuds are yours to keep. If you use an assisted listening device, please reach out to us prior to your tour so that we can be prepared with the proper headphones to fit over your ears (these must also be returned).
