Chris is fantastic! We have done multiple tours around the world and the experience depends almost entirely on the guide. Chris was "best of the best". He is a fantastic storyteller and weaves history, culture and trivia into his tales. Personally, I'm not a true crime fan, but my daughter is and we surprised her for her birthday. She loved it! She is mature so could handle the graphic nature of the tour (Chris might have toned down a few parts), but this is certainly not a kid-friendly tour (but that should be pretty obvious). Highly recommended! (Oh, I also appreciate that Chris did not pull the manipulative move that many tour guides do now where they ask how the tour was and ask you to write a review while hovering over you. It appears that all the stellar reviews are—like this one—genuine).

After creating Hollywood’s most successful true crime tour, we are back to uncover the history of the Sunset Strip! Slashers, specters, and Hollywood stars all mix together on the Strip... sometimes with deadly results. This walking tour is a deep dive into the true crime and ghost stories of Sunset Boulevard. You'll hear about gangsters like Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel and see where they "took care of the competition." Tales of Charles Manson, the Wonderland Gang, and Sunset Killers will keep you up at night. Chris couldn’t be more suited to the job of tour guide. His tours are packed to the brim with information from beginning to end and have clearly been put together with great time and effort. Sunset Blvd is steeped in a fascinating history and the whole thing was super interesting. I would go so far as to say this was probably the best walking tour I’ve been on, and I’d seek out more from Chris in the future knowing how high the bar was.

Chris was a great tour guide. You can tell he really enjoys his work. He has a vast knowledge of the area. The walking pace was good, for my aging mother, not to many stairs. Chris also stayed a couple extra minutes with us until our Uber arrived since we weren't local.

Chris was fantastic. A wealth of stories revolving around Deaths and murders on the Sunset Strip. Not scary or Spooky,, more vivid and factual tying in the history of the buildings and landmarks. I've lived here for 40 years, and only knew a handful of the tales he told. I didn't know about all the mob ties, thought those were all Vegas stories. We all want to go back to one of the Hotels or the Comedy Store and see if we can Find ourselves a Ghost !

Chris was an excellent guide, he’s a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about the Sunset strip and its history. The tour could have easily been twice as long and still not scratched the surface of his stories and history. Strongly recommend!
